DP Review, the Amazon-owned camera site that sports eight editors and 17 staff, if you count Belvedere, published today its full review of the Sony A9 Mark II. The camera launched on November 5th of 2019, a lapse of three quarters of a year.
In DP Review’s ongoing efforts to write a well-considered history of the industry, they’ve found the rev of the A9 to be the best autofocus for the era. We look forward to equally well-considered contemplations of the Canon R5, the Sony A7s III and various other new entrants in a future edition of the DPR Almanac, presumably the 2021 edition, so future generations may cherish this industry history.
