Canon R6 Retailer Ship Date Reports Range

Amazon and Samy’s report shipping dates of August 31, while B&H, Camera Canada and Canon’s own online store indicate the 27th. Hunt’s, a large New England retailer reports the 28th. Adorama, Best Buy and others are safely quiet on the question. The 27th date may prove to be an artifact of the original date set back at the July 9th launch event, with some firms not updating what is now a delayed date.

Yes, we know that this is only the difference between getting a camera on Friday versus Monday, but to those pre-ordering the R6 and watching all the R5 hubbub for the past six weeks, it feels like it matters (or so one of our contributors tells us).
