Sony A7 IV Rumors Now Appear More Credible

Of the vast and diverse rumors Sony Alpha Rumors posted regarding what became the A1 launch yesterday, there was one set that actually had slightly more than half of the information correct, and it was the important half. SAR has cleverly gone back and looked at the information that same source provided for the long-expected A7 IV, and is giving greater credence to the following potential specs:

• A new, higher megapixel (~32mp) sensor
• Faster sensor readout
• Relatively poor EVF at 3.69 megadots
• All the newer Alpha series upgrades, including better ergos, menus and autofocus
• A price of around $2,500
