Panasonic Points Bat to Stands, Promises Firmware Homer

Panasonic published a schedule of firmware releases for its full frame offerings. First at bat is the S1H, to get an update at the end of March that includes Apple ProRes RAW, Blackmagic RAW.

On April 6th, a slew of updates will come to the S1, S1R and S5, mostly packing in more video formats, with the S1 also adding in the ability to exploit dual native ISO.
