Sony 50mm f/1.2’s Unstable Aperture Fixed

Sony published a new firmware update yesterday to fix an issue with its new, well-reviewed 50mm f/1.2 lens. It appears that on unupdated lenses, “on rare occasions, the aperture value may become unstable when the IRIS ring is operated.”

Sony indicates that this version 02 of the firmware “improves” that problem.
