Patent Office Publishes Two Canon Wide Prime Designs

They’re not exactly cheap looking, but they do have the f/1.8 aperture. Canon designed a 20mm f/1.8 and a 24mm f/1.8 with 11 elements in a retrofocus design.

The patent application was published yesterday and uncovered by the An Image on a Sensor blog (Japanese).
